Before you buy

  • We are an online-only business (no physical storefront).
  • Registering an account unlocks member pricing (matching live-stream discounts).
  • Each item includes an authenticity certificate and purchase receipt.

Delivery & unboxing

  • Please record the entire unboxing process to protect your rights.

Returns / exchanges (key points)

  • Pure gold is treated as cash-equivalent; returns/exchanges are accepted only for major defects.
  • For major defects, a full unboxing video is required to assist with exchanges.
  • Customized-length and pre-order items are custom-made and not eligible for the 7-day return policy.
  • If approved, ship within 2 days and keep items/packaging brand-new and intact.
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer; refunds are typically processed within ~3 days after inspection.
  • If returns exceed two times for personal reasons, we may restrict future purchases.

After-sales repair & care

  • Gold is soft—avoid pulling, squeezing, or heavy pressure while wearing.
  • For repairs, send photos to our official LINE: @cc9999 for an initial assessment.
  • We provide free repairs/clasp adjustments when no additional gold is required; added gold is charged by weight at the day’s gold price.
  • Repair time varies; round-trip shipping is paid by the customer.
  • If an item can’t be repaired, we can offer trade-in / buyback options based on weight.
