We ship within Taiwan only, including outlying islands (Penghu, Kinmen, Matsu, Green Island, Orchid Island, Xiaoliuqiu, etc.). International shipping is not available.

Delivery methods

At checkout you can choose (Taiwan only):

• 7-ELEVEN pickup — Enter your pickup store. You pay NT$60 shipping when collecting (store policy—we cannot prepay).
• Post Office home delivery — Enter your zip code and full address.

Dispatch timing

Most orders ship within 48 hours after checkout and payment confirmation (excluding holidays; custom/pre-order lead times vary).

Estimated delivery: Post Office ~1–2 business days; 7-ELEVEN pickup ~2 days (actual timing depends on the carrier).

During peak seasons or high order volume, dispatch may be delayed—we’ll process as quickly as possible and notify you via LINE or email.

Packaging & privacy

Gold jewelry is high-value—we pack items securely and avoid obvious sensitive wording on outer boxes when possible. For special delivery needs, message LINE: @cc9999 before ordering.
