Checkout steps

  1. Cart — review items and total
  2. Billing & shipping — contact info, 7-Eleven or Post Office
  3. Payment — choose method and pay
  4. Place order — we ship after payment confirmation (see Shipping)

Guests can checkout. Members get live-stream pricing and can view orders in their account.

Gold price & your total

Cart totals reflect the day’s gold price and craftsmanship. During checkout, a short gold-rate lock (~15 minutes) may apply so your total stays fixed while you pay; if it expires, refresh the page for current prices.

Once placed, your order total is based on the amount at submission (see FAQ).

Payment methods

Bank transfer

  • After transferring, enter the last 5 digits of your account on the checkout page for reconciliation.
  • Please complete your bank transfer within 24 hours of placing your order. Unpaid orders will be cancelled.

LINE Pay

  • Pay the amount shown at checkout via LINE Pay and upload a confirmation screenshot.
  • LINE Pay may charge an additional handling fee—the checkout page shows the final amount.

7-Eleven shipping fee

For 7-ELEVEN pickup, you pay NT$60 shipping when collecting (this is deducted from your order total—you pay at the store). See Shipping.

Invoice & tax ID

Each order includes a receipt and authenticity certificate. For a business tax ID or company name on the invoice, message LINE: @cc9999 before ordering or leave a checkout note.

Payment confirmation & dispatch

We verify bank transfers or LINE Pay screenshots, then dispatch your order and notify you by email. Members can track status in order history.
