Pure gold is equivalent to cash of equal value. Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless there is a major defect. If there is a major defect, please provide a full unboxing video to assist with the exchange process. (Natural textures and inclusions in crystals and pearls are not considered defects.) If the product does not fall under Charline's definition of a major defect and you still wish to return or exchange it, it will be handled as a gold buyback (recycled gold) transaction.

🔨 Custom-Made Items

Customized lengths and pre-order items are considered special custom-made products and are not eligible for the 7-day return policy. Please make sure to confirm the style and size before placing your order.

💌 Returns & Exchange Process

1. Send us a private message on our official LINE account, and we’ll provide you with the shipping details.
2. Please ship the item within 2 days after submitting your request, and include your name, LINE ID, or another contact method inside the package.
3. Items must be kept in brand-new condition, including the jewelry, jewelry box, and any gifts, with both inner and outer packaging intact and no signs of use. If these conditions are not met, your eligibility for a return may be affected.
4. Once we receive the returned item, we will record the unboxing to verify its condition. Refunds will be processed within 3 days. If the refund account is not with Cathay United Bank, any transfer fees will be borne by the customer.

If you return items more than twice due to personal reasons, we reserve the right to restrict or terminate your ability to purchase from us. Thank you for your understanding.
