Checkout steps

Guests can checkout. Members get live-stream pricing and can view orders in their account.

Gold price & your total

Cart totals reflect the day’s gold price and craftsmanship. During checkout, a short gold-rate lock (~15 minutes) may apply so your total stays fixed while you pay; if it expires, refresh the page for current prices.

Once placed, your order total is based on the amount at submission (see FAQ).

Payment deadline

Whether you order on our website, during a live stream, or via LINE, IG, or Facebook, please complete payment within 24 hours. Unpaid orders will be cancelled and reserved items released.

For LINE Pay on the website, complete payment during checkout.

Bank transfer

  • After transferring, enter the last 5 digits of your account on the checkout page for reconciliation.
  • Please complete your bank transfer within 24 hours of placing your order. Unpaid orders will be cancelled.

LINE Pay

  • For LINE Pay on the website, complete payment during checkout.
  • Pay the amount shown at checkout via LINE Pay and upload a confirmation screenshot.
  • LINE Pay may charge an additional handling fee—the checkout page shows the final amount.
  • The LINE Pay handling fee covers payment processing and is non-refundable if the order is cancelled or refunded.

Old gold (website)

Members can pay with old gold at checkout. Placing the order locks that moment’s sell and buy rates (separate from the ~15 minute checkout sell lock). Ship one parcel and upload tracking plus a 7-11/post receipt within the deadline. Credit is after we receive and weigh your gold. 24K 9999: no wear deduction. Lower karat: converted to fine-gold weight by purity. Pay a shortfall within 48 hours by transfer or LINE Pay. Extra under the threshold is refunded by bank (Cathay free); at or above it we cut gold and pack it with your order. Slip: order number, name, phone.

7-Eleven shipping fee

For 7-ELEVEN pickup, you pay NT$60 shipping when collecting (this is deducted from your order total—you pay at the store). See Shipping.

Invoice & tax ID

Each order includes a receipt and authenticity certificate. For a business tax ID or company name on the invoice, message LINE: @cc9999 before ordering or leave a checkout note.

Payment confirmation & dispatch

We verify bank transfers or LINE Pay screenshots, then dispatch your order and notify you by email. Members can track status in order history.
