If your item becomes deformed, broken, or loses a stone, please take a photo and send a private message to our official LINE: @cc9999. We will provide an initial assessment based on the photos. In some cases, we may need to receive the item to confirm if it can be repaired.
Repair time varies depending on the extent of damage and required processes. Once we receive your item, we will promptly send it to the factory for processing. Round-trip shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If an item cannot be repaired, gold products can be exchanged for new ones based on weight. We offer high-value trade-in services for old gold.
