Gold is a soft material. To prolong its lifespan, please avoid pulling, squeezing, or applying heavy pressure while wearing.

🛠 Repair Process

If your item becomes deformed, broken, or loses a stone, please take a photo and send a private message to our official LINE: @cc9999. We will provide an initial assessment based on the photos. In some cases, we may need to receive the item to confirm if it can be repaired.

🔧 Repair or Clasp Adjustment Fees

  • We offer free repairs and clasp adjustments without adding extra gold weight.
  • If additional gold is needed, fees will be calculated based on the added weight and the current gold price. If gold weight decreases, a refund will be issued based on the weight and current gold price.
  • For stone-set items, if a stone falls out but the setting is intact, we will replace the stone free of charge.

⏳ Repair Time & Shipping

Repair time varies depending on the extent of damage and required processes. Once we receive your item, we will promptly send it to the factory for processing. Round-trip shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

♻️ Trade-In Service

If an item cannot be repaired, gold products can be exchanged for new ones based on weight. We offer high-value trade-in services for old gold.
